You should try your best to remember your network password. Never write it down and leave it where others can find it. There may come a time when you are unable to remember your network password and you will need to have it reset. We currently offer two ways to help.
New! You can now change your password or unlock your account from our new self-service portal https://accounts.rockhurst.edu
Come to the Computer Services Helpdesk, located on the 4th floor on Conway Hall. You must bring your Rockhurst ID card with you. This is the perferred method.
Call us at (816) 501-4357. Have your six digit Rockhurst ID number available and be prepared to answer identification questions.
The Helpdesk is open open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM or Saturday from 8:00 AM to Noon on Saturdays (excepts holidays.)
The Helpdesk does not send password information via e-mail.
