I already have the Clean Access Agent installed. Why can't I login?
The Clean Access Agent may not always detect your network status right away. If the window does no pop up after connecting to the Rockhurst network, right-click on the Cisco Clean Access Agent (CCA) icon, located in the system tray in the lower left-hand corner of your screen and click on "logout." Repeat the process and choose "login".
If the login text is grey'd out or is not an option, your computer's network settings may be incorrect, you may have issues with your system that prevent CCA from working correctly or you may be out of range of our wireless signal.

I have Windows Vista or Windows 7, and everytime I start my computer I have to give the Clean Access Agent permission to run, is this normal?
Yes, this is due to an enhanced security feature present in Windows Vista and Windows 7 called User Access Control (UAC). Because Clean Access accesses areas of your computer that are part of the operating system and needs access to your network settings, it must run with elevated permissions. If you do not give Clean Access Agent permission to run, you will not be able to access the network.
If you disable UAC in the Windows Control Panel, Clean Access will still work correctly and no longer prompt you for permission, but we do not reccomend disabling this security feature in Windows.
UAC is not present in Windows XP.
I cannot access the login page. I get the redirection page but then my browser gives an error and stops. What do I do?
Generally, this is caused by an encryption (SSL) problem with your browser. We use encryption to protect your login username and password across the network so it is required for authentication to complete. You can try and reset your browser settings to the default to fix this problem, or try and use another browser if you are unable to correct the problem with the first browser. If you continue to have issues you may have a virus or other problem on your system that has disabled or broken browser encryption methods.
