New features and updates to LiveText. Check back frequently.
You now have the ability to select multiple assignments from one course section and copy them to a single course or to multiple course sections. This is beneficial if there are multiple sections of the same course, and all sections have common assignments. You can efficiently and conveniently copy a group of common assignments from one section to all others simultaneously. You also are able to copy assignments from a course in one term to multiple courses in a subsequent term.
- If the destination term (i.e., term to which the assignments are to be copied) has a defined begin date, the Post Date for the assignments will be the term begin date unless the term begin date has already passed. In that event, the Post Date is Now.
- If the destination term does not have a defined begin date, no Post Date will be reflected.
- If the destination term has a defined end date, the Due Date for the assignments will be the term end date.
- If the destination term does not have a defined end date, no Due Date will be reflected.
- It is not possible to copy to a past term.
- You have the option to edit the default post and due dates in a confirmation dialogue box. If you input post and due dates, these will override the defaults.
In addition to filtering by term, department, and course, you now can filter C1 Assessment Reports by a specific assignment. Once you generate a report, a list of related assignments will display based on your selection of one or more courses when creating or editing the report. Programs can then run a report on a specific assignment (portfolio, capstone, key assessment, etc.) using this new assignment filter. If a specific rubric is used to assess multiple assignments in a course section, you are able to filter according to which assignment was assessed.
On the course page within your admin account, you will notice two improvements: a column from which to select a term and a column from which to select an Instructor. These columns are searchable and provide users with multiple methods for searching for particular courses.

Viewing aligned state standards associated with Learn360® resources. The aligned standards are based on the location of users' domains.
Sharing a LiveText document containing Learn360® video links with Standard users (non-Learn360® users) and visitors who are able to view videos by clicking the embedded links.

At least 1 submission is performed within the assignment.
Within 14 days before the due date.

Faculty requests re-submission.- Course Curriculum Mapping Report (for faculty, 01/07/09)
A Course Curriculum Mapping Report contains a list of courses that have specific standards and outcome sets attached at the rubric, assignment, and course levels. If a standard is aligned to a rubric, the report indicates alignment to an assignment for a particular course. If a standard is aligned to an assignment, the report indicates to which course it is also aligned.
