Your Rockhurst email account allows you to communicate with Rockhurst staff, faculty, students and anyone else with access to email. Accessing your email is simple but differs depending on your status at Rockhurst.
Employees can use Outlook Web Access or Microsoft Outlook from any Rockhurst network PC for advanced functionality. Students can access their email through Outlook Web Access via Exchange Labs/Outlook Live. Using any of these tools, you can conveniently send and receive email from on campus or from any computer with access to the internet.
Outlook Web Access should work from any web browser, but for the best performance and more advanced features RUCS reccomends using Microsoft Internet Explorer. Users of Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Opera will still be able to login, check and send email, but with reduced functionality.
Faculty/Staff Access
- For access to Outlook Web Access via any web browser, go to https://mail.rockhurst.edu
- For access from any campus workstation, open Microsoft Outlook which should be located on your computer's desktop. Your computer will automatically configure Outlook for use with your account.

- For access to Outlook Web Access via any web browser, go to https://my.rockhurst.edu and click on the Student Email button.
