Logging into Your Network Account

To obtain your username and password information, you must come to the Computer Services Help Desk on the 4th floor of Conway Hall.  The password you receive will be a temporary password and will need to be changed before you are able to access computers on campus or your email. This must be done from a computer in one of the Rockhurst computer labs.

The following steps will guide you through setting up a permanent password for the first time:

  1. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL
  2. Enter your username
  3. Enter your temporary password
  4. Click OK
  5. A box will appear stating: "Your password has expired and must be changed ."
  6. Click OK
  7. Enter a new password.  Please see our Password Requirements for more information on creating complex passwords for your account.
  8. Confirm new password by retyping your new password exactly as you did in the previous step
