WebCRD is a new technology that Rockhurst has made available through its partnership with our Xerox managed Rockhurst Print Center. WebCRD will simplify and expedite the process of ordering printing and make it easier for us to provide the Rockhurst community with first class printing services. There are no additional passwords to remember.

• To submit jobs through the WebCRD utility on your computer, select "Rockhurst Print Center" from the list of aviliable printers from any application!
• Submit jobs or check their status through the WebCRD site (http://webcrd.rockhurst.edu)
• Get training on how to use WebCRD (http://help.rockhurst.edu/webcrd)

In order to get the WebCRD utility installed you will need to call the Computer Services Helpdesk at 816-501-4357 and they can assist you in getting the software installed.

Your login information for the WebCRD system is the same as your Rockhurst network username and password.

Here’s a summary of the benefits you can look forward to with the new WebCRD submission system:

• You will be able to do everything at your computer. There are no hardcopy forms to fill out!
• The submission process with WebCRD is very quick and easy, whether you are reordering a document or submitting a new one.
• Once you type in your shipping and billing information, you never have to do it again. Of course, if something changes (you move or you don’t want to use your standard shipping address for a particular order), you can make the appropriate changes.
• If you typically ask for your documents to be printed on a certain kind of paper or stapled in a particular way, you won’t have to specify your requirements every time you fill out an order. WebCRD will remember your preferences.
• You can use WebCRD to check on the status of your order. (No need to call us. No waiting for us to get back to you. No telephone tag.) You get there using a web-browser form on-campus or off-campus. The address is https://webcrd.rockhurst.edu.
• WebCRD practically eliminates the possibility that your instructions will be misinterpreted. When you receive your completed order, it will meet your expectations.
• With WebCRD, you’ll create your documents in the usual way. But before you send a document to us, you’ll generate a proof that you can review on your computer. (If you’re not satisfied with the proof, you’ll go back to the source document and modify it.) This proofing process ensures that we can print your documents and that they will look the way you expect. We’re sure you’ll enjoy using WebCRD and will find it very easy to learn.
