Rockhurst provides two ways to reset your Oracleweb PIN:

1. Perferred method: Utilizing our self-service portal at https://accounts.rockhurst.edu
2. Request a new PIN in person. Bring your Rockhurst ID to the Help Desk (Conway, 4th Floor).

When you receive your new PIN, it will only be a temporary PIN and MUST be changed to a permanent one before you are able to access the information contained in your Oracleweb account. You WILL NOT be able to register for classes with this temporary PIN.

We no longer reset Oracleweb PINs via e-mail or phone requests.
