Cause of Error Message


This error message occurs when attempting to log into the Rockhurst Portal with invalid credentials. Credentials entered that do not match your credentials on file will cause this error message.


Expired password


Passwords will expire 6 months after they are set. If you have not changed your password in more than 6 months, this error message will be displayed. To resolve the issue, please reset your password.


Incorrect username


Ensure that you are using the correct username and password. Please note: your username is not your email and will not include the email domain. Example: SmithJ versus SmithJ@hawks.rockhurst.edu.
