Cause of Error Message
This error message occurs when entering information on the password reset page that does not match the information on file.
Incorrect last name
Please ensure you are using the proper spelling of your last name, i.e. proper capitalization and punctuation.
Incorrect date of birth
Please ensure you are entering your date of birth in the MM/DD/YYYY format. Example: 01/01/2001
Fixing the Error Message
Contact the Registrar's Office
If you have ensured you are using the correct information, and are still receiving the error message, contact the Registrar's Office and inform them of the error message.
