What should I submit an Incident for?
Incidents are occurrences that interfere with or inhibit normal productivity. If you have a planned request, browse the Service Catalog for your item or job.
To submit a Incident:
- Go to: rockhurstedu.freshservice.com, or log into the Rockhurst Portal and select Freshworks
- Click Report an Incident
- Fill out the ticket with as much detail as possible
- You will receive an email confirmation of your ticket, as well as any updates made to your ticket
