What should I submit an Incident for?

Incidents are occurrences that interfere with or inhibit normal productivity. If you have a planned request, browse the Service Catalog for your item or job.

To submit a Incident:

  1. Go to: rockhurstedu.freshservice.com, or log into the Rockhurst Portal and select Freshworks 
  2. Click Report an Incident
  3. Fill out the ticket with as much detail as possible
  4. You will receive an email confirmation of your ticket, as well as any updates made to your ticket
