Why can't I see the employee card in the portal? (Faculty 180, Textbook Orders, etc.)
The Ellucian portal product in use at Rockhurst uses the last work date value on your Banner employee record to determine if you can access the employee cards when you log into the portal. If the last work date is prior to today, you will not see the Employee Resources card, even if you are marked as an active employee.
Please contact HR to have the last work date value updated in Banner.
