How to Share Your Screen from a Browser to Airtame

Connect to Wi-Fi - Make sure your device is connected to a Rockhurst Wi-Fi network.
- RU Secure: Exclusively for Rockhurst University devices.
- RU Wireless: Accessible for personally owned devices of students, faculty, and staff.
- Open your browser

Go to the Airtame sharing site

Enter the screen code
- Look at the display connected to Airtame.
- Type the screen code (e.g., “room123”) shown on the Airtame display into the website.

Click “Share screen”
- Choose to share your entire screen. If you choose to share just a window or a browser you may have to change your screen resolution for it to work properly. So it is just easiest and best to share your entire screen when using Airtame.
- Click Share.

You're now presenting!
- Your content should now be visible on the Airtame-connected screen.
- To stop sharing, return to your browser and click “Stop sharing”.
If you are having issues displaying via airtame here are some troubleshooting steps.
- Check to see what you're displaying (Entire screen, one specific window, etc.)
- Check if when we selected share screen if the audio was chosen to be shared. (Should be a small selection button before sharing screen)
- If showing a black screen, check the display resolution and try to match it to either 1920x1080 or 1280x720.
