How to use the Airtame Wireless Presentation System
1. Verify that your device is connected to the Rockhurst Wi-Fi network.

Rockhurst U: Exclusively for Rockhurst University devices.

RU Wireless: Accessible for personally owned devices of students, faculty, and staff.
2. Install the Airtame application.
a. Download app from https://airtame.com/download/
Computer Services will deploy the Airtame app to all Rockhurst owned laptops. If you do not have admin rights to your Rockhurst device and do not see the Airtame app, use the guest app link on the Airtame website and proceed to step 3. Then call the Help Desk for assistance to install the Airtame app.
b. Follow the instructions to install the Airtame applications for your specific operating system.
c. Once installed, you should see the following icon on your desktop.
3. Power up the projector and select “Airmedia” on touch panel as source.
4. Start the Airtame application by clicking on the Airtame icon.
5. Enter the IP address displayed on the Airtame screen in the app search box.
6. Click the share screen button to select Airtame device you wish to use.
7. Enter the four-digit pin (displayed by the Airtame on the screen) in the app to connect your laptop or tablet with the selected Airtame.
Note: To play audio from laptop or tablet, make sure audio icon is enabled (not slashed out) in presentation application you are using.
