How to Update Your Polycom Phone
These are step-by-step instructions for resetting your Polycom desk phone and updating it to the new Everfast phone service. The entire process may take 15 to 20 minutes.
Important: Once the reset process begins, do not press any buttons until the update is complete, and the phone's video display matches the final image shown in the instructions.
Step 1: Press and hold the 1, 5, and 3 buttons simultaneously until the following screen appears:

Step 2: Enter the password 753159, then press the Enter button. The phone display should now show the following screen:

Step 3: Allow the update process to run without interruption. After 15 to 20 minutes, the setup will complete. The phone display should then show your name with a green checkmark next to it, similar to the one shown in the image below.
