Everfast Softphone Setup

To use the softphone application on the Rockhurst campus, you must install specialized software based on your device's operating system.

Please click on the OS that corresponds to the device that will run your softphone. Once it has loaded on your device, follow the Softphone Login instructions to complete your setup.

Softphone Login Instructions

Username: Your username is your Rockhurst office number followed by @efp.

Example: 816501xxxx@efp

Temporary Password: The default temporary password is 38373278.

You will be prompted to change your password upon initial login.

Accessing the Softphone App vs. the CommPortal

You can log in to both the softphone application and the CommPortal using the credentials above.

Softphone App: This is the primary application for making and receiving calls.

CommPortal: This web portal is where you will manage your voicemail, PIN numbers, call forwarding settings, and other general account settings.
