Voicemail Setup from Polycom Phone
- Tap the envelope icon in the upper left of the phone screen
*NOTE: if you have more than one line, please select the line you would like to change after selecting Message Center
- Tap Connect on the bottom left of the phone screen

Once connected, it will prompt for your pin
*NOTE 1* if you mis-key the pin or wait too long it will prompt for your full phone number to start again
- If this is a first-time setup, it will prompt you to set up or select a greeting
- You should now be at the main phone menu, Please press 4 for “Settings”
- Press 3 for “Security”
- Press 1 for “Pin”
- You should now be able to set a pin between 6 and 20 digits followed by # or a long pause
- Confirm the pin you set followed by # or a long pause
- Press * twice to go back to the main menu
- You may now press 3 (if you were not prompted at step 5) to change your greeting or set up additional greetings
